All in all, I spend my time very nicely. The king room overlooked ocean. The pool is nice and relaxing too. The hotel of choice in South Yarmouth.

an easy walk to the restaurant skipper chowder house. location was within 5 min walking distance to bass river beach. stay there and enjoy your south yarmouth city trip.

Staff was friendly, nice place for vacation and enjoyment. Hotel's very close to main attractions like main street hyannis. Located in an quiet area. The room faced the pool❤
